Sprinkler Line Flood

There are a few times that homeowners insurance does not cover flooding. Thank goodness a sprinkler line break is not one of them. In most cases a sprinkler break is covered by your homeowners insurance. It’s best to call your insurance agent to assure that it is, but we can still provide the cleanup services.

Sprinkler flooding happens more often than you would believe. There are always a few homes that flood after the snow melts and people start watering their lawns again. It’s important to inspect all your lines before setting the sprinklers on a schedule that would cause flooding in your home. Most of the time the flood ends up in the basement. An unfinished basement is easy to clean. However, a finished basement will take a lot more work because of the carpet and drywall.
