Leaky Roof Drying

A leaky roof can be a problem because of the wet insulation. We remove the insulation, dry the attic, and replace the insulation once dried.

Removing the insulation must be done before the rest of the drying can be finished or mold and other bacteria will begin to grow. It's important to make sure that there are no wet spots anywhere in the attic that could cause problems for the homeowners in the future.
